We have transitioned to electronic invoicing and kindly request that invoices to our company be submitted primarily as e-invoices.

You may also send invoices in PDF format by email according to the instructions below.

PDF invoices can be sent to:

Invoices must be sent as email attachments.

You may send multiple invoices in one email, provided that each invoice is included as a separate attachment.

Each file must have a unique name.

Any attachments related to the invoice must be included in the same PDF file as the invoice itself.

The maximum size of one email is 10 MB.

PDF files must be genuine PDF documents, version 1.3 or later.

PDF files must not be locked or password protected.

The maximum document size is 210 x 297 mm.

Allowed characters in attachment filenames are standard characters: a–z, A–Z, 0–9. Please do not use special characters when naming attachments.

Call charge: €0.0835 per call + €0.1669 per minute (incl. 24% VAT) from domestic landline and mobile connections. When calling from abroad, the charge is determined by the local operator’s pricing.

We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
