Janne is a construction engineer, a wood products engineering graduate, a qualified carpenter, and a FISE-certified property inspector and building health expert (RTA).

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he has developed a broad understanding of how buildings function and where their potential risk areas lie — both through hands-on site work and through inspection and investigation assignments.

Janne’s areas of special expertise include pre-purchase property condition inspections, structural investigations, indoor air quality studies, and asbestos and hazardous substance analyses. He also conducts structural moisture measurements, drainage system camera inspections, and thermal imaging surveys, ensuring that potential issues are identified early and that clients receive accurate information to support the right solutions.
