Delivery Terms
Suomen talokatsastus Oy, Business ID 2885132-5 (hereinafter referred to as “Talokori”), sells products to private individuals in Finland. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and to prices at any time. All product prices include value added tax (VAT).

Ordering
Products are ordered via the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the purchase through the checkout process. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions, the product prices, and any applicable delivery charges.
If an email address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will include details of the ordered products and their prices.
Payment
The payment service provider for the online store is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, Business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the payment institution register maintained by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are processed via Visma Pay’s online service, and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy will appear as the recipient of the payment on bank statements and invoices. Visma Pay forwards payments to the merchant.
Payment transactions are carried out using a secure, encrypted connection, ensuring that no third party can access payment-related information.
The contract of sale is formed between the customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the sale.

Payment Methods
Through Visma Pay, customers may pay using online banking credentials, digital wallets, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice, or instalment payment. Available payment methods include Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard, Jousto, Fellow Invoice, and Fellow Business Invoice.
MobilePay:
Payments may be made using the MobilePay wallet, provided that online payments have been enabled in the application settings. Payments made via MobilePay are charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the charge to the linked card fails, payment via MobilePay will not be possible.

Jousto Invoice and Instalment Payment:
Jousto is a Finnish payment service that allows private individuals with a good credit history to pay for purchases securely. Jousto offers 30 days of interest-free and fee-free payment time. After receiving the invoice, the customer may choose to pay the full amount at once or in instalments. Instalment payments may be spread over up to 36 instalments, starting from EUR 9.90 per month. The cost of Jousto instalment payments is EUR 3.90 per month with an interest rate of 19.90%. Purchases between EUR 30 and EUR 3,000 may be paid using Jousto. The credit provider is Aurajoki Nordic Oy. More information is available at www.jousto.com.
OP Invoice:
OP Invoice is a flexible payment method available to customers of all banks. Purchases of up to EUR 5,000 may be paid interest-free within 45 days. The invoice may also be divided into multiple instalments. Purchases and invoices can be managed conveniently in one place. OP Invoice is available to creditworthy individuals over the age of 20 who have online banking credentials from a Finnish bank. Further information is available at:

Delivery
Orders are dispatched on business days. Products in stock are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. For made-to-order products, the estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks.
Delivery charges are determined based on the selected delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout before the order is finally confirmed.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, the customer must notify the online store without undue delay and no later than 14 days after delivery. Any damage to the delivery package must be reported immediately to the carrier responsible for the delivery.
Returns
Customers have a statutory right of return and exchange within 14 days in accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation. Customers may return or exchange all or part of their order. Returned or exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
Before returning or exchanging products, customers must contact the online store to obtain return instructions. The return shipment must include the customer’s name, contact details, and bank account number for any refund.
Order Cancellation, Liability for Defects, and Complaints
An order may be cancelled before dispatch by submitting a written notice via email.
The online store is liable for defects in products in accordance with applicable law. In the event of complaints, customers are requested to contact customer service. Consumers have the right to refer disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
