Atte Rantala
Atte has versatile experience in the construction industry. He has over ten years of hands-on experience working in overalls as a sheet metal worker and construction worker, followed by another ten-plus years as a supervising site manager, with projects ranging from island cottages to 30,000 gross square meter hybrid developments.
Condition assessments and responsible site manager duties are familiar to him, including work on protected heritage and museum properties. Building services engineering has become well known to him through both renovation and new construction projects — from demolition to commissioning. His role as a safety manager has provided him with a strong foundation for ensuring safe working practices.
As a hobby, Atte is involved in traditional log construction and serves as a responsible site manager in these projects as well.

- Exceptionally demanding site management qualification (new construction)
- Demanding site management qualification (renovation and alteration projects)
- Certified wet room works supervisor
