Kristian Immonen

Kristian Immonen is a specialist in construction and HVAC engineering (LVIS), with the confidence and expertise to handle even the most demanding projects. He has extensive hands-on experience from construction sites and a strong ability to manage complex entities — from structural solutions to building services engineering.

Over the past year, Kristian has focused his expertise increasingly on property condition inspections. In the autumn, he completed the AKKO training program, which provided a clear technical framework and practical tools for conducting thorough inspections.

At Talokatsastus, Kristian also serves as an IT specialist. He develops reporting software and digital maintenance logbook solutions, ensuring that the tools support inspectors in their daily fieldwork and meet customers’ needs long after the inspection is completed.

Kristian is a father based in Helsinki and regularly works in the Kymenlaakso and South Karelia regions. In addition to Uusimaa, he is therefore also available in these areas.
